I hold a first class degree in Sociology (BSc), the study of human relationships and behaviour in society, and a distinction in Integrative Counselling and Coaching (PGDip). I specialise and have a passion for working with clients who have experienced complex trauma, trauma, domestic and sexual abuse, as well as troubles with relationships, self-esteem and the body.
As an Integrative Counsellor and Coach, I combine different therapeutic approaches and coaching tools to suit your individual needs. My style is very holistic and intuitive, and involves working with the mind, body and energy. As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), I abide by the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions which supports safe, ethical and confidential practice.

In addition to my private practice I work as a Health and Wellbeing Coach and Women’s Mentor, supporting clients with mental health, sexual health and trauma. This involves working in a focused, structured and creative way, empowering clients to successfully achieve their goals.

Where focus and creativity goes, energy flows..

As a qualified Reiki Healer (Level 1 and 2) I often integrate energy work, spiritual practice and mindfulness into my practice. This helps clients process and release trauma and difficult emotions in both the mind and body, facilitating healing on a deeper level. I am a lover of all things holistic, self-love, healing and nature!

Release, Restore, Rebalance, Reconnect..

My curiosity for life and people means I regularly attend workshops and courses to gain a deeper understanding of social and psychological issues. This passion has lead me to volunteer in both Africa and Asia, with the aim of both understanding and improving mental health and wellbeing.

You will always be learning, as life will always be teaching..
