Its important for you to feel comfortable with your counsellor. The relationship between you is considered one of the most important elements. The initial session is a chance for us to meet and discuss how we can work together. With your permission, we will gently explore what has brought you to seek counselling/coaching at this point in your life, your expectations of the therapeutic process and how we can best work together. There is no obligation to commit to anything following this.
Time & Frequency of Sessions
Counselling and Coaching sessions are 50 minutes, however some coaching sessions may require longer. Sessions will be face to face, held at the same time and location every week.
I offer both long term and short term contracts. Together we can discuss a length of time that will be suitable for you, and review it throughout. I typically advise that sessions are weekly however once we have worked together, fortnightly and monthly sessions are also an available option. I also offer Skype sessions if required.
